What to Expect

No two customers are the same. Some are old pros and some have never built a thing so here's what we'll do. 

• We will sit down with you and listen to your needs

• If you don't already have a set of plans we can help with that

• We will explain whichever building process will be appropriate for your project

• Questions and curiosities are welcome so ask away

• We have learned some things along the way so we'll share our experiences when it may help you to make decisions

• If you haven't found financing we have worked with several banks who are more than willing to finance barndominiums

• The draw request and invoicing systems will be explained 

• Upon getting a set of plans we will begin the process of putting together your estimate
